Bulkhead Union Elbows consist of stainless steel 304/316 or brass with tensile strength of 500–750 MPa. The body is machined to create an exact 90° bend with a compression or ferrule seal mechanism. Threads and surfaces of sealing are hardened for resistance to wear and fatigue. These elbows provide excellent pressure rating, corrosion resistance, and high mechanical stability. The ferrule or compression design provides a snug fit with vibration resistance, thus they can be used in dynamic conditions.
